1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with CreatorOS within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, simply contact our support team, and we will issue a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service.
- This applies to your first subscription only (not renewals or subsequent subscriptions).
3. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period after the 7-day window has passed. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support.creatoros@drvelu.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your account email address and order ID (if available).
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
